Aria Systems has announced that Telstra has selected its monetization platform to automate billing processes, increase customer self-service options, and accelerate the delivery of new products.
Telstra will leverage Aria’s cloud-based platform to support its enterprise products, which are being introduced as part of its B2B digital transformation – a cloud stack that includes ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Aria to be available across four continents and 25 different countries.
As part of the B2B digital transformation program, Telstra plans to improve customer satisfaction and agility for rapid delivery of innovative products and services. The Aria platform will also be deployed in Australia to manage specific Australian jurisdictional and business requirements.
“As we transform our business, we are constantly looking for options to improve our processes and deliver better customer experiences,” said Mark McGraw, director of strategy and performance for Telstra’s Global Finance Services unit.
