The lines between traditional pay-TV and OTT are becoming blurred

NAGRA, a Kudelski Group company and a leading independent provider of content protection and multiscreen television solutions, showcased smart solutions for the OTT era at CommunicAsia 2018. According to the Pay-TV Innovation Forum, catering to OTT and mobile-first users, adopting new business modes and combatting streaming piracy are among the top five trends shaping the next generation of video offerings across the region.

In this interview, Stéphane outlines how next-generation services, including keeping content secure in an OTT world, is being managed. He also covers the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in  many industry sectors including the transition to AI driven pay-TV operations and how data is being used to effectively personalise the user experience.
